These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the cirKle website, mobile application, and wholesale delivery services operated by Uvt Retail Private Limited ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

cirKle services are intended for registered retail businesses and kirana store owners in India. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate business information during registration.

2. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate shop details, contact information, and delivery address. We reserve the right to suspend accounts with false or misleading information.

3. Orders & Pricing

  • All prices are listed at wholesale rates and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Orders are confirmed upon successful payment or COD acceptance.
  • Minimum order values may apply based on your delivery zone.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or delivery constraints.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver orders within 60 minutes of confirmation, subject to product availability and delivery zone coverage. Delivery times may vary during peak hours, holidays, or adverse weather conditions. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to your specified address.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Damaged or expired products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method or wallet within 5–7 business days.
  • Products must be in original packaging and unopened unless defective.
  • Certain categories (perishables, opened items) may not be eligible for return.

6. Payment Terms

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and cash on delivery where available. You agree to pay all charges associated with your orders. Failed or disputed payments may result in account suspension.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use our platform for unlawful purposes, reselling outside your registered business, manipulating prices, or interfering with our delivery network. Violations may result in immediate account termination.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, and software on the cirKle platform are owned by Uvt Retail Private Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the order value in dispute.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
